Send the chain data that lets us check fit and scope
Email [email protected] or use the enquiry form at the bottom of this page. Include the model or drawing, measured dimensions, attachment details, sprocket information, application and quantity. If the chain is unknown, clear photographs and a labelled sample are useful.
For replacement chains, add the reason for replacement and any visible sprocket, guide or attachment wear. For new projects, add the equipment layout, chain path, shaft centers, attachment spacing and expected duty.

Industrial quantities and sample enquiries
Standard components are quoted around workable production quantities, while high-value or oversized items may be assessed by total order value. For a new project, approximately 1–5 sample pieces can be considered at sample pricing when practical. Different models can be combined into one project order around USD 1,500. Special materials, heat treatment, coatings, tooling and other dedicated processes follow the minimums of those processes. We focus on industrial and project supply rather than one- or two-piece retail purchases.
This approach keeps small technical trials possible without creating the impression that every model carries the same fixed MOQ. If you are unsure whether a mixed-model requirement is practical, send the full list and we will review it as one project.
RFQ checklist
A complete RFQ does not need to be complicated. The most useful information is the data that defines the chain and the machine interface. A marked photo or simple sketch is acceptable when a formal drawing is not available.
For repeat orders, include the previous drawing or order reference if you have it, then identify any change in attachments, material, quantity or operating duty.

Information to include

|---|---|
| Product identification | Model, drawing number, sample or clear photographs |
| Dimensions | Pitch, working width, pin/barrel/roller dimensions, overall width and chain length |
| Attachments | Type, hole pattern, offset, interval, fastener and flight/rake interface |
| Sprockets | Tooth count, face width, shaft or bore data and visible wear |
| Operating duty | Equipment, speed/load pattern, water/solids/chemicals, temperature and cleaning |
| Commercial scope | Length or quantity, strand count, mixed models, sample need and required documentation |
